Halloween!!
In the mood to do something fun for Halloween? Are you a child of the '80s? I am, so in 2007, I was Rainbow Brite ...I bought a pre-packaged costume and added my own little touches here and there - but you can recreate the entire look using elements you might use again (like the dress and shoes).

Halloween!!
Last year, I got inspiration for my Halloween costume from one of my favorite TV shows, True Blood.
I created a Sookie Stackhouse costume (minus the blonde wig because I had tried wearing a blonde wig a few year's back when I was Veronica Corningstone from Anchorman - although the costume won an award - the wig was not flattering!)

Halloween!!
I love Halloween. It's so much fun to come up with costume ideas and find all the pieces to make an amazing ensemble. I just finished purchasing all the pieces for my Halloween costume this year. And, I think it's going to look great!

Inspiration
This is one of my favorite Halloween costumes! When I saw this feature in TV Guide - with the girls from The Hills dressed in football outfits - I knew that's exactly what I wanted to look like for Halloween. I think I succeeded!
My favorite part of the costume: My personalized jersey. My last name donned the back of the jersey and my favorite number 12 was on the front.

Bachelorette Parties
Tomorrow, I will be attending my future sister-in-laws bachelorette party in Atlantic City. Each attendee must wear an item that features a leopard print. At first, I figured I would just buy a pair of leopard shoes (since I don't necessarily think I look good in animal prints). But, I ended up finding a tiered leopard print dress and purchasing it. Below is a similar look to what I plan on wearing (a dress, my brown leather jacket, black shoes and black handbag ...plus gold jewelry).
